1.         Our approval process is easy and fast, usually not more than 7 days.
2.         Project Financing is usually for 1 to 5 years or longer as required for the build-up or construction period.
3.         We can extend the loan up to15 or 20 years as post financing of the project.

4.         Our interest rate is a fixed rate per annum.
5.         We are focusing on new Start-up projects but also (re-) finance existing projects
